In this edition, I want to explore what it means to be successful in this arena… in my opinion (so, the standards I look for in the successful students). The beginning is different from farther along this journey. I hope to touch on a little of the whole journey to provide you with some insight into where you are and the process moving forward. Additionally, I hope to shake some of the students with an “I’m good at this” mindset loose from their I have arrived mindset “rot”

As this is the Module's newsletter, I am writing about a couple of things I was again made aware of in the last few weeks as to how newer people typically think. One of the things newer students seem to do consistently is to fixate on a single item in the manual, statement in the presentation, chart timeframe, or even a single item on a chart.
